Heyo.
Actually. I typed a long entry last nite. But my computer screen went blank and blogger deleted it. Haiz. So now i'm typing out another entry and this time. I shall SAVE it before something goes wrong again.
Aniwaz... Yesterdae i went to play with Joycie's puppy!=P It's only 4 mths old and it's called Beanie! the Sheltie~=P hehehehe...=P Aiyo~~ It's so KAWAII~~~~ Hehehe... Juz like a little ball of fluff and she doesn't walk! Hahaha... She jumps!!! SOOOOOO CUTE!!! Must go back and play with her again. =P
Aniwaz i went to watch ハウルの動く城 (Haoru No Ugoku Shiro) By Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli. IT's a fantastic show!! Hahaha... Love it!=) Watched it twice already in the cinema. Hehehehe.=P I actually typed a detailed explanation of it last nite but now i'm too tired to do so... So i'll juz say it tat anime fans should definitely catch it especially if they like Studio Ghibli's work. As usual the storyline and artwork as well as animation is fantastic. =) A lil' bit of background info on the movie. The movie Haoru No Ugoku Shiro (Howl's Moving Castle) is loosely based on the book of the same name by Diane Wynn Jones. She also wrote a sequel to the book and it's called The Castle In The Sky. So i'm hoping that Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki will do a sequel to the movie too. But i seriously doubt so. Here are the movie's posters...

Hot Chocolate

Image
Received this in an e-mail first thing in the morning and liked it so much, decided to blog it. =) Will update next week once submissions are over, till then! ' Hot Chocolate' A group of graduates, well established in their careers, were talking at a reunion and decided to go visit their old university professor, now retired. When they all had a cup of hot chocolate in hand, the professor said: "Notice that all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems...

Lazy Weekend

See, now that holidays are here, have more time to write and update... Hehe...Nothing much to say, except that i enjoyed my very lazy weekend. =) After papers on Friday, went down to church and then went walking at Central with Sharon . It was nice just walking around without having to worry about school or anything and just basically chill... Hehe... Also managed to test my baby which has been restringed (with a bit of help from Ian ) and lots of advice from 2 pro guitarists. =) The strings are stretched, so that it doesn't go out of tune after every song, but it still needs some time to be seasoned. =) It sounded so good, so played until 3am and then went to crash... Hehe... Woke up early on Saturday morning and met Lih Min to send dear Ira off to the airport, walked around a bit then went off to meet Da Jie at Ya Kun for breakfast. =) and we both realized it's been like, almost a year since we met up! That's madness~ But the year has really flown by... Went for cell (...

(Lot:) The angels said to hurry The Lord will judge our city Theres safety in the mountains Somewhere, that sits on higher ground "Darling, let's run hand in hand, We cannot look behind us..." Then all at once it happened And i knew she had turned around Seemed like i heard her say " Run on, there's nothing left behind you . " I could almost hear her whisper " Be strong, Dont ever slow down ." Its ringing in my ears The silent testimonies Oh, Salt pillar, i'll never turn around Down through the years, since i started walking Some friends have come and gone I don't know why some changed their mind. But in my memories, i see the monuments to failure And now i know if i would listen, i could hear them testify I can hear them saying "Run on, there is nothing left behind you" Those old friends are shouting "Be strong, don't ever slow down" Its ringing in my ears All thier silent testimonies. Oh, salt pillars I'll ne...
